Toby Tancred has over thirty years experience in Personal Injury claims having practiced exclusively for injured people for the last twenty years in his home town of Orange. Toby’s legal career commenced in a large Sydney legal firm that represented insurance companies and government departments. Toby observed directly the way that valid and genuine claims were disputed and the unfortunate manner in which injured people were treated. Toby has dedicated his legal career to representing people who are unable to advocate for themselves in an ever changing and complicated system. He has successfully represented and pursued claims for literally thousands of people in Orange and the Central West of NSW and has been consistently recognised as a leading practitioner in Personal Injury litigation, both by professional peers and organisations such as Doyles Guide. Toby is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury and serves on the NSW Law Society Injury Compensation Committee. Toby has been a Dust Diseases Tribunal Contributions Assessor and Mediator since 2007.
